Why the Right Space Makes or Breaks the Workshop
Lego Serious Play works because hands help us think. Anyone who builds an idea has to make it concrete and can explain it instead of just claiming it. Every voice on the team counts equally – including the quiet ones. A standard meeting room lacks the space for this: the models need surface area, the groups need places to retreat to, and the results need walls.
At Eisenwerk 15/2, you'll find exactly that across 270 m². Large table surfaces, mobile furniture, glass cubes for team rounds and whiteboards all around the room make every building and sharing phase easy. Here you'll find not just a space, but a partner for your workshop.
A Space for Every Phase of the Workshop
Our location adapts to the flow of your workshop – from the first warm-up to the shared decision. The exact schedule depends on your topic and your facilitator.

To start, all participants get to know the bricks through small building tasks. Flexible seating and plenty of open floor space mean everyone can get going right away, and the room feels relaxed from the very beginning.

Now the first models take shape around your question. Whether at the table blocks in the Main Area or in quieter corners: everyone builds on their own and has the space to develop their model undisturbed.

Everyone tells the story behind their model. In a chair circle or around the tables, every person listens to everyone else. This creates openness and makes differences within the team visible without anyone dominating the conversation.

The individual models become one shared model. The 5-meter table in the Big Cube or the handcrafted oak table offer room for groups of up to 12 people. Smaller teams can retreat to the cubes.

Capture insights and next steps. The Creative Wall, the whiteboards and the glass walls of the cubes offer plenty of surface to make results visible. Photos of the models can be viewed together on the 86-inch screen.
